What is Read4English?

 

Read4English is an audiobook reader with an integrated dictionary. The app allows you to look up words in the text and save exercises for them, in order to develop your vocabulary and ability to read in English.

 

How does Read4English help me learn English?

 

The app synchronizes the text and audio to create an audio-visual experience which enhances your learning and develops your reading ability.

When you do exercises, the app measures your learning curve for each exercise and then serves you personalized repetition. This minimizes the time you spend repeating exercises and increases your long-term learning.

 

Is there any cost for downloading the application?

 

The basic Read4English apps are free. Premium apps containing more extensive text and audio content can be purchased for between 1 and 7 EUR.

 

What happens to the content in an app I have paid for if my phone gets stolen?

 

The app automatically creates a user ID and password for you. If you register your e-mail address in the app, you can go to brainglass.com/recovery/ to recover the content you have paid for.

 

I have created some exercises, how do I skip repetition?

 

If you know the words already, just remove them from the repetition process by tapping the “I know” button.
